We all have unique superpowers. I believe that mine live in the space of seeing the superpowers in other heart-centered changemakers (orgs and people), and helping them identify and express them in the world. This throughline makes for a unique all-rounder who brings a wide and diverse spectrum of experience and skills to explore problems and generate impact.
So far, it’s translated to projects ranging from - co-designing learning for managers, to helping unearth leading social entrepreneurs and better pathways to find them, to building systems to support a org culture of storytelling, to serving as a one-on-one guide in meditation. My signature blend :) also integrates ancient conscious awareness wisdom, tools and techniques that support deeper insights, clarity and creative problem-solving.
“The bigger the picture, the more unique the potential human contribution. Our greatest strength is the exact opposite of narrow specialization. It is the ability to integrate broadly.”

The Resume/CV stuff
If you want the laundry list of all the things I’ve done and places I’ve been, you can check out my LinkedIn profile (click the button!)
By way of education and training, I hold a B.A. in Political Science from Wellesley College and an M.A. in Sustainable International Development from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. I’m a student and practitioner of design thinking and other helpful methods that empower creative thinking, deepen understanding and solve problems. In terms of training in ancient wisdom and healing techniques, I’ve had the great privilege of being initiated as a Reiki Master by Reya Mellicker in the Usui Shiki Ryoho system of natural healing. I’ve also had the honor of studying Qi Gong under Master Robert Peng, and receiving guidance, teachings, and other powerful transmissions from Panache Desai and many other beautiful teachers along the way. And most importantly, much of this learning is an amazing ocean, and I’ve spent over a decade of journeying, practicing, and seeking to truly embody these these ancient wisdom practices in my own life.
Finally and perhaps more importantly as a human you might want to work with - I’m an endlessly curious, creative, silly seeker on this wild, beautiful adventure. Currently, I’m really into: playing tennis regularly and competitvely, being a more self-aware human, writing, being in nature, and learning and laughing with my son and pup and anyone else who wants to laugh with us. I’m also told that I have a strong GIF and emoji game.
gratitude & respect
i also express my immense respect and gratitude for this precious, beautiful earth, and the traditional lands I live and work on of the piscataway and manahoac tribal nations. great love, honor and respect to all my ancestors from across the oceans with roots in kerala, india who continue to guide me from afar. finally, namaskaram to all those dear ones in my circles who hold space and share love, light, and learning when I need it. and finally because we are all always learning, growing and healing - i am so grateful to those who work with me, put their trust in me, and affirm that we liberate each other through our work together.

“…[A portfoloist] does the hard work of figuring out what the world truly needs, maps that to a range of skills she possesses (and enjoys), and folds that into a business model. This ‘portfolio’ of skills, experience, roles or responsibilities might be wildly diverse, which both distributes risk and allows for experimentation. Unrelated experiences may combine to create very specific and valuable expertise.”
- April Rinne from The career of the future looks more like a portfolio than a path.
