Offerings/Services

I help organizations and individuals identify and amplify their superpowers through unearthing insights together, creative storytelling and meaningful, strategic engagement. This translates to short, medium and long-term projects ranging from: one-on-one and small group guidance sessions, workshop facilitation, developing and executing marketing, communication and engagement strategies, to supporting the design of projects and initiatives. I’ve worked with individuals, small business entrepreneurs and larger organizations such as (but not limited to): Ashoka, Bloom Works, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and New America.

Instead of offering a list of services here to choose from, I would rather understand your needs first and offer up a personalized approach that truly speaks to what you are seeking to accomplish. Also, depending on your needs, I have a wonderful pool of wizards (e.g. graphic design, animation, etc.) to get the job done.

The work I do fits into four primary categories:

  • INTUITIVE guidance | support

BRINGING understanding & training in ancient wisdom and healing techniques to support individuals looking to gain greater clarity and healing and remember their superpowers

What That Looks Like: Individual Consultations + Guidance, Reiki+ Healing Sessions, Primordial Sound Meditation Instruction, and Group Meditation Sessions. (If you are interested in any of these offerings, feel free to reach out via this contact form)

  • Learning | Discovery | Research

Utilizing a design thinking/human-centered design lens & other problem solving tools to gain deeper understanding and begin developing solutions.

What That Looks Like: Discovery Sprints, Program & Workshop Design; Landscape Analysis; Qualitative Research & Analysis

  • conscious storytelling | communications | marketing

Crafting stories and content that authentically and effectively convey messages to the right audiences.

What That Looks Like: Brand & Message Development; Communications Strategy & Action Planning; Website & Content Development; Speechwriting

  • Engagement | OUTREACH | Connection

Identifying opportunities and building meaningful connectivity to generate impact.

What That Looks Like: Engagement Strategy and Execution; Event Curation; Workshop Facilitation

would love to hear more about your needs and see if/how I might be able to help and we can work together!

[Spoiler Alert - I won’t tell you I can help with something if I can’t. Life’s too short for that.]

Impressions

A few reflections from folks who have worked with me before:

"Malini was an excellent facilitator for our team. Team off-sites can be logistically challenging with all the moving pieces, but Malini was so easy to work with and created the perfect introduction for us. She created a grounding, peaceful energy that immediately put everyone at ease, and in a receptive state for the week. She created the perfect prompts to help us get to know one another and ourselves better, and to articulate our goals and aspirations for the retreat. I can't imagine a better start to our team's offsite than the session she led!"

- Emily Wright-Moore, CXO | Principal of Design & Research, Bloom Works

“Malini was a key member of the innovation team when I served as the Chief Technology Officer at HHS. She took the lead launching the Invent Health initiative, researching and strategizing how to shine a spotlight on the hardware of health & human services. She pulled together scarce resources to create high-impact events, making a way out of no way.

Malini is also a fabulous writing partner and I appreciated her quick, creative, accurate turn-around on every project we worked on together. And if you need to find a unique voice for your organization, Malini is a gifted translator. She listens, learns, and then interprets what you want to convey into language that people understand. Nobody writes like she can -- she draws people in with just a few words and made government work look cool.”

Susannah Fox, Internet Geologist, Former Chief Technology Officer, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)

“Malini is an incredibly insightful, passionate and creative communicator, who immediately jumped into our work to help us understand how we could better tell the story of both the work that we are accomplishing, but more importantly, the stories of the communities we serve. She listens, and is able to frame a vision based on her ability to understand an issue, problem or opportunity, in a way that is unique and elevates the organization she is working with. You can tell from the minute you meet her that she will have an impact on your work.”

Nathan Ohle, Chief Executive Officer, Rural Community Assistance Partnership (RCAP)

"The team enjoyed the activities during the workshop. Malini was an awesome facilitator and quickly connected with the entire team in different activities that demonstrated the dynamics of the group and their personalities. Me and my team are very pleased with Malini and with the outcome of the workshop, which was very useful in improving our day-to-day work."

Hernan Costa Castro, Chief, Information Systems and Digital Innovation, Inter-American Development Bank (IDB)

“Malini's warm, grounded presence and deep intuitive wisdom supported me to recognize, disentangle and release deep emotional bonds which were no longer serving me. With her skilled guidance, I was empowered to go deeper to transmute this stuck energy and become more aligned with my true nature. I feel deeply grateful for having a friend and intuitive guide like Malini. I can't recommend her services enough.

Stacey Martin

"Malini’s brightness and openness set the perfect tone.”

“Facilitator is excellent at giving the group moments of silence to reflect, and pushing us to engage by giving us space and time to do so.”
